First post!

Well... this is my first post and... to be honest, im not sure what to do. Im gonna start by saying Happy Mothers Day to all you amazing mothers out there. So... last night I made dinner for my mother which consisted of Steamed Turbot with fried Courgette in a creamy sauce, then Veal with a Lemon sauce and Parsely, followed by Tiramisu. It was really nice. The key to making delicious veal is to litely flour the veal before popping in into a pan full of 4 table spoons of oil and 50g of butter. Flip the veal after about 30 seconds or when the underside is pale and then flip again after another 30 seconds, then plate up and serve with the lemon sauce, made with a tiny bit of creme fraiche to create a sauce more pleasing to the eye. One more point, When making Tiramisu, do not create the esspresso and let it cool, just make the coffee using cold water and filter it. This gives it a purer taste. Well, I supose that's all for know. Bye! xx
